Description
STS Japan hand painted dinnerware made in the 1940’s. The bright colorful design includes intricate scrolls with roses interspersed. The main colors are soft yellow and bright garden green. The colors will coordinate with a variety of colorful depression glass or mid-century solid color serving pieces. They are bright and cheery, bringing sunshine inside, or reflecting the beauty of your garden.
This set includes 5 place settings with 7 pieces in each place setting: 1 Dinner Plate at 10 inches in diameter, 1 Salad Plate at 7 1/2 inches, 1 Bread and Butter Plate at 6 inches in Diameter, Soup Bowl is 7 1/2 inches in Diameter, 1 Berry Bowl at 5 inches in diameter, 1 cup with 3/4 cup capacity, and 1 saucer at 5 1/2 inches in diameter. A total of 35 pieces, to set a lovely spring table, indoors or out.
CONDITION: They are in great condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There are light utensil marks and some discoloration to the bottom of the pieces. There is little to no wear to the actual hand painted design.
